Live webchat at Cyberia Café Sanna and Gary outside Cyberia Café

Well, don't say you don't hear the news first on GB FANS' website! This is Trine and Sanna bringing you a report of an event, which took place less than 2 hours ago!!! Gary's live web chat with Cyberia Café! Here we will give you the full story as we saw it... All day we'd been going around London wondering if Gary would in fact be where we thought he'd be, but by the time it was time to leave we had pretty much succeeded in convincing each other he wouldn't!! We arrived at Cyberia Café around 5.45 pm. after waiting forever on an Underground train! Upon arriving we were pretty disappointed to find everything looked completely normal (we immediately noticed that there were no screaming girls outside nor inside!!!). We even had to wait a while before we could get a computer. After waiting for what seemed like forever but must only have been somewhat 5 minutes, we finally got a computer each and we went to the official Gary Barlow website (http://www.garybarlow.co.uk) to watch the webchat and we were watching Gary on Real Player as well. Suddenly we spotted none other than Mike Hrano (yes, the guy from the fan club) seating himself at a table within 5 feet of us! He wasn't that hard to overlook seeing he was clearly recording a new CD for the fan club!! and we exchanged looks both thinking, "Isn't that..." The suddenly Cyberia Café's server crashed (means Gary couldn't type, and we couldn't see him on the webcam, even though everyone else could! (Even despite the fact we were in the same building!)) and when people we had seen on the web cam started coming up from the basement (with troubled looks on their faces), we knew we were definitely in the right place!! (YIPEE) So we stayed and watched Gary answering questions. He answered questions sent in by fans including a question from one of GB FANS' Argentine co-ordinators, the ever lovely Romina (who Gary remembered!!!!! (way to go girlie!)), and ours as well!!! :o) And then suddenly it was all over. Now there was nothing to do but to wait (and try to get some other Gary fans interested in joining GB FANS!!!). On the web cam we could se Gary signing autographs and having his picture taken with the 10+ girls who had won the fan club's and TopShop's/Zoom's competitions to meet him. When we saw him coming up the stairs, we started to get ready... AND THERE HE WAS!!!! Gorgeous Gary (also known at GG) hehe!! Walking out still talking to Mike Hrano (yes, still the fan club guy!). Trine thought, "It's now or never" and went up and got Gary's autograph on a picture of the two of them taken a few years back (the only one she'd brought!!). Gary being Gary was lovely as always and didn't mind stopping to exchange a greeting or two. And Sanna even got up the courage to ask for his autograph as well. However, Sanna (being Sanna and all!!) of course had to comment on his (nice?!) goatee!!! After he had signed her calendar, she said to him: "Nice goatee Gary!" (in the same kind of voice you would use if you said "Way to go Gary!") Somehow he managed to see the joke and laughed and said "Thanks!" We then followed him out of the cafe to wave goodbye to him, but when he stopped for a couple of seconds to chat with some fans, Sanna, once again, gathered enough courage (it's not like he bites - even if he is GARY!) to ask him if she could have her picture taken with him (her face almost as red as her Pluto T-shirt, as usual! hehe). Gary (being sweet as usual) said "Sure thing, no problem!" with a big grin on his face, then grabbed her and held her very tight smiling at Trine with the camera. Afterwards he stuck his cheek out to get a kiss, and how could she deny him that *lol*. By this time we were both pretty much in dreamland - feeling very unreal indeed. But reality soon hit us as Gary got into his car. While sitting in there waiting for the driver to get the engine running we gave Gary the 'thumps up' and he smiled and winked as us as if we were some kind of conspirators. (we'll like to think we are!! *lol*). With a small wave - away he went and there was nothing left for us to do but find the nearest Underground station and jump on a train home.
That was indeed a perfect
